Hiroshima Judo Team - Group Pictures
After each practice, the captain of the judo team debriefs.
Today we did 9 Tachi waza (standing) randori for 5 minutes each and
7 Ne waza (ground) randori for 3 minutes each.
Followed by 5 minutes of Nage Komi.
Aujourd'hui, nous avons fait 9 randori debout de 5 minutes chacun et ensuite
7 randori au sol de 3 minutes chacun.
Nous avons ensuite terminé par une série de Nage Komi (chute) de 5 minutes.

Kukuchikan High School - Judo Training
One of the toughest high schools in the nation.
Training starts at 3:30 pm and finishes at 6pm
The intensity is quite amazing and high school students
are very strong.
